What guests loved:
The nicest few form the window I has since many yes - the Como lake and mounting. Location is right at the place it has to be - close to restaurants and bars, walk areas.

What guests loved:
a bit noisy at times, but the view of the lake, the lights at night, made up for the occasional noisy times. Really wasn't that bad--thanks to great windows.
Areas for improvement:
the bed/pillow weren't very comfortable.
